Limitation of Liability

Heaven Tours, Inc., along with our affiliates and suppliers (including ground transportation, accommodations, and meal providers), shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, injury, accident, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to:

  • Defects, breakdowns, or substitutions of equipment.
  • Strikes, theft, acts of government or other authorities, war, terrorism, riots, fire, or natural disasters.
  • Inconvenience or damages due to failure to follow instructions, including baggage handling, check-in/out procedures, or missing any part of the tour due to negligence or delay.
  • Improper visas, documents, or passports.

Heaven Tours, Inc. acts as an agent for passengers in arranging land packages, hotels, transportation, and other services. We assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accidents, delays, or irregularities caused by defects, acts of God, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, theft, epidemics, quarantines, or medical/customs regulations. We are not responsible for additional expenses due to delays, schedule changes, or failure to follow instructions.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase Travel Insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Travel Insurance is available for an additional fee and provides peace of mind throughout your journey.


Price Changes

Please note that all prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the global economy, currency exchange rates, or supplier costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.


Refund Policy

At Heaven Tours, Inc., we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and flexibility. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while adhering to the rules and regulations of our suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and visa authorities. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. General Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are based on the services rendered at the time of the refund request.
    • If a visa has already been issued, the visa fee is non-refundable.
    • For hotel cancellations, we will make every effort to recover the maximum refund possible based on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  2. Airline Tickets:
    • Refunds for airline tickets are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective airline. These rules may include cancellation fees, non-refundable tickets, or partial refunds depending on the fare conditions.
  3. Package Refunds:
    • Full Refund: If you cancel your package 60 days or more before departure and no tickets have been issued, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: If tickets have been issued, the refund will be subject to the airline’s refund policy and any applicable fees.
  4. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Certain services, such as visa fees (once issued) and non-refundable airline tickets, are excluded from refunds.
    • No refunds will be provided for any unused services during the tour.
