Daily Schedule

Day 1:  22-OCT – Tuesday (Los Angeles/Istanbul)      
3:00 PM Meet at Los Angeles Airport international Terminal at Turkish Airlines Check in Counters to check in with the group. (Flight Number TK10). Check in all the way to Samarkand and get 2 boarding passes for the 2 flights (5:15 to 5:30 PM Gather at the gate (Please note that some gates take about 40 Minutes to reach), also give enough time to the security checks.
For wheel chair and special assistance passengers they have to consider more times for the check in and security process. (Special assistance passengers must inform us with their needs and requests at the time of reservations).

Day 2:   23-OCT 2024 – Wednesday (Istanbul/Samarkand) 
06:45 PM Local time in Istanbul arrival to Istanbul, going through security but no Immigration process (Only change the terminal and the gate(s) and no luggage transfer.
Transit is 3 hours and 5 minutes before your next flight

Day 3:     24 OCT 2024 – Thursday (Samarkand)

02:00 PM Start visiting Registan (of the Timurid Empire) and the three madrasahs (Islamic schools) of distinctive Persian architecture. The square was regarded as the hub of the Timurid Renaissance.  to Amir Temur Mausoleum Gur-i Amir Сomplex. is a mausoleum of the Turco-Mongol [1] conqueror Timur (also known as Tamerlane) in Samarkand, Uzbekistan It occupies an important place in the history of Central Asian architecture [2] as the precursor for and had influence on later Mughal architecture tombs. Gur-e Amir means “Tomb of the King” in Persian. This architectural complex with its azure dome contains the tombs of

09:00 Visit the mausoleum of Imam al-Bukhari is one of the main sites in Uzbekistan. The visiting of one of the main three shrines in Samarkand.

1:30PM Proceed to the Rukhabad Mausoleum, built by order of Amir Timur in 1380, was erected over the grave of Islamic theologian and mystic Sheikh Burhaneddin Sagaradzhi, much esteemed by Timur’s contemporaries.  Burhaneddin Sagaradzhi significantly contributed to make Islam widespread among the nomads of Eastern Turkestan. The Islamic scholar, who was married to a Chinese princess, enjoyed great influence at the court of the Yuan dynasty in China. The exact date of his death has not been established, but it is known that he died in China. After the death, according to the Sagaradzhi’s will, his son Abu Said brought his remains to Samarkand.

04:00 PM Visit to the Shah-i-Zinda Ensemble includes mausoleums and other ritual buildings of 11th – 15th and 19th centuries. The name Shah-i-Zinda (meaning “The living king”) is connected with the legend that Qutham ibn Abbas, a cousin of prophet Muhammad (AS), is buried here. He came to Samarkand with the Arab invasion in the 7th century to preach Islam.
06:00 PM Stop by The Bibi-Khanym Mosque which is one of the most important monuments of Samarkand, Uzbekistan. In the 15th century, it was one of the largest and most magnificent mosques in the Islamic world. It is considered a masterpiece of the Timurid Renaissance. By the mid-20th century, only a grandiose ruin of it still survived, but major parts of the mosque were restored during the Soviet period.

Day 7:     28 OCT 2024 – Monday (Al Madina)
Enjoy Prayer at the Masjid Al Nabawi
8:00 AM Meeting at the lobby Al Madinah Al Munawarah Hotel. – Morning – Tour in Madinah ( Uhud – Qibaa Masjid – Trench battle site and seven mosques – Zi Al Qiblatain Masjid ). Subject to local rules.
Enjoy the 5 daily prayers at Al Masjid Al Nabawi.
4:30 PM Gathering with the group leader and Imam and refresh your information about the program.
Prepare your luggage to be collected for a smother preparation to go to Makkah in the following morning.
8:30 PM Meeting with the Imam(s) to go over the Umrah preparation and Q&A session.
11:30PM Collection of the luggage to prepare for Makkah next morning
Day 8:     29 OCT 2024 – Tuesday (Al Madina/Makkah)

Breakfast, brief meeting with the group leader.

10:00 AM Buses will be ready at the time agreed to enjoy our trip to Makkah Al Mukkarramah.
On the bus you will have our lunch bag with plenty of snacks, fruits, fresh vegetables, water and juices etc.
10:30 to 10:45 AM will stop at the Miqat (Abyar Ali) to make the intention.
11:15 Back to the bus. Will be using the AL HIJRAH road also known as the OLD ROAD OF MADINAH (PROPHETS ROAD) on this road we will get the chance to visit very important places like Al Rawhaa well of water and our Imam(s) will explain the places and most important stop will be at Badr city to visit the Badr cemetery of the 14 companions there and see the surrounding sight.
4:30 Pm approximate arrival to Makkah Al Mukkaramah and check into the hotel.
Your luggage will be delivered to your room.
10:00PM Perform the arrival Umrah
Back to hotel and overnight.
Day 9:     30 OCT 2024 – Wednesday (Makkah)
Breakfast after Fajr Prayer.
8:30 AM Bus will take you with the group leader Imam and guides to do Mazarat ( Zyarat ) ( Sightseeing ) to Islamic historical places in Makkah Al Mukkaramah including ( Jabal Al Nur wher Hiraa cave is located ( Ghar Hiraa ) Please ,  Jabal Thawr wher Ghar Thawr is located that the prophet (AS) and his companion Abu Bakr Al Seddiq stayed at the start of the migration ( Hijrah ) to Al Madinah Al Munawarah.– Al Maalaa – Arafat – montain of mercy ( Jabal Al Rahma ). Also we will pass by Mina and Musdalifa inshaAllah based on the consumed time of the tour.

This day also you can perform another Umrah based on your choice. If you decide to perform another Umrah then perform your Ihram at the hotel and we will cross the legal Islamic boundary of Makkah during the tour so you can make your intention ( Niah ) and perform the Umrah later after our return to the hotel.
Day 10:     31 OCT 2024 – Thursday (Makkah)

On the way back you can stop at the Miqat if you want to perform another Umrah

Drive to Minya visit the area Beni Hassan amazing well preserved ancient Egyptian tombs, and the Bahnasa village Area that have about 5000 of SAHABA (Prophet companions) Great companions who saw the prophet (AS) like Saidna Al Miqdad and Saidah Khawlah bent Al Azwar, sons of Saidna Abo Bakr, Omar Bin AL Khattab, and Khalid Bin Al Waleed.

A full day historical tour with our knowledgeable, experienced and professional local guide Starting from East Roman, we will continue to Byzantium, Ottoman and today’s Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Visiting Sights:  
 
Hippodrome: The scene of ancient chariot races, the ancient Hippodrome, with its four monuments; the German Fountain of Wilhelm II, the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine.
 
Hagia Sophia: This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great, in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time. 
 
Blue Mosque: Across from St. Sophia built in the 17th century by the architect Mehmet, this is known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Topkapi Palace: The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries, housing an exquisite collection of precious gems, 
jewelry thrones of sultans, robes worn by the sultans and their families; miniatures, the Holy Mantle; Chamber of Sacred Relics.   And at 17:00 pm – At the end of the day tour, return to your hotel.

  • Right now there is no vaccine required but passenger must provide and comply with any requirements might be needed in the future by the authorities Age
  • A valid USA passport for at least 6 months from the return date. OR for Non USA we require proof of residency ( Extra documents might be required ). Along with 2 passport-size photos.
  • Age range ( Any ) unless described. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a Muhrem. Please check with us for updates., a proof of relationship is required for under 18 years old traveling with Muhrem.
  • Passengers with Non-USA passport may be required to submit the green card to the Saudi consulate for verification or might obtain a recent notarized copy.

  • Attending our meetings before the trip or at least our phone conference meeting if you live far from Los Angeles ( We recommend both ) .
