Walk where the Sahaba walked, pray at Masjid Al-Nabawi and Masjid Al-Haram, and renew your faith in the company of fellow travelers, an accompanying Imam, and the full support of the Heaven Tours team. Flying Egypt Air with a connection through Cairo, this program is dedicated to Umrah and Ziyarat – Cairo is a connection point only, with no touring or extended stay there.

- 5:25 AM arrival in Cairo – Transit (connection only, no Ihram and no touring at this stage)
- 6:55 AM connecting flight to Madinah Al Munawarah on Egypt Air (MS 695)
- 9:40 AM arrival in Madinah Al Munawarah
- Meet and assist at Madinah Airport

- Al-Baqi Cemetery – over 10,000 companions of the Prophet are buried here including Sayyidna Uthman ibn Affan, the wives of the Prophet, his son Ibrahim, and countless members of his blessed family and companions
- Jabal Uhud – site of the Battle of Uhud
- Grave of Sayyidna Hamza ibn Abd Al-Muttalib – beloved uncle of the Prophet and master of the martyrs
- Graves of the martyrs of Uhud
- Masjid Quba – the first mosque built in Islam

- Put on Ihram before departing Madinah
- Depart Madinah by VIP private bus heading to Makkah Al Mukarramah
- Stop at Badr: Visit the site of the Battle of Badr – the first and most decisive battle in Islamic history where 313 companions, led by the Prophet (peace be upon him), faced an army of 1,000. Visit the graves of the 14 blessed martyrs of Badr. Standing at Badr is one of the most powerful and moving experiences available to any Muslim traveler.

Please find below the updated requirements for travelers entering the Kingdom, the effective from the 10th of February 2025.
1. Yellow Fever Vaccination: Travelers arriving in the Kingdom from countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission must be vaccinated against yellow fever and obtain a vaccination certificate at least (10) days prior to their arrival in the Kingdom from the below countries:
- Africa: Angola. Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Togo, Uganda
- South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guinea, Guyana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Venezuela
2. Exempted from this requirement are:
- Children under the age of (9) months.
- Passengers passing though the countries listed above if transit time did not exceed (12) hours, and they did not leave the transit area.
- Transit passengers passing though the Kingdom from the countries listed above, provided they do not leave the transit area within (12) hours.
3. Meningococcal meningitis Vaccination is mandatory for all travelers intending to perform Umrah, 1 year and older, from all countries.
Requirements
- Deposit as described to guarantee your reservation and protect your space.
- Right now there is no vaccine required but passenger must provide and comply with any requirements might be needed in the future by the authorities Age
- A valid USA passport for at least 6 months from the return date. OR for Non USA we require proof of residency ( Extra documents might be required ). Along with 2 passport-size photos.
- Age range ( Any ) unless described. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a Muhrem. Please check with us for updates., a proof of relationship is required for under 18 years old traveling with Muhrem.
- Passengers with Non-USA passport may be required to submit the green card to the Saudi consulate for verification or might obtain a recent notarized copy.
Recommendations & Other information
- Communication with us and follow up to our emails, website and social media for the updates. Make sure that you provide us with your email(s) and phone numbers etc.
- Attending our meetings before the trip or at least our phone conference meeting if you live far from Los Angeles ( We recommend both ) .
- Please have your medications on your carry on with the proper prescriptions.
- In case of any airline sudden schedule changes or flight cancelation passenger will have the right for full refund and Heaven Tours will cover all the penalties with the airlines and hotels related to the Umrah program. Passenger pays all penalties in case he/she cancels from his/her side.
- Passengers are required to fill completely the proper forms of visa applications and provide recent personal photo.
- Visitors should not overstay their visas.
- Visitors must abide by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Islamic laws and regulations, respecting social values and traditions at all times.
- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws on drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe penalties.
- All the rules are subject to change according to the authorities, Heaven Tours, Inc. preserves the rights to decide for any change or cancelation based on our personal point of views or decisions based on any developments or any other circumstances.

Heaven Tours, Inc. Tours and Travel, Inc. and other suppliers of ground transportation, accommodations, meals or other services shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, death, loss, injury or accident to persons and property in connection with above services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond their control, included but no limited to defects and breakdown or substitution of equipment, strikes, theft, acts of government or other authorities, war, terrorism, riots, fire or as a result of natural disasters.
Heaven Tours, Inc. and affiliates will not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience and damages due to failure in following instructions, including baggage handling, check in and out at airports, missing any part of the package, missing persons due to their negligence or delay at any time during Hajj tour, or due to improper visas, documents and passports .
The Responsibility of HEAVEN TOURS, INC. acts as agents and protector for the passengers’ rights in making arrangements for the land packages, hotels, buses, or any service in connection with the tour and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, luggage, accidents, delay irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, though the acts of GOD, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots ,theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents. HEAVEN TOURS, INC. will accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. HEAVEN TOURS, INC. shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such service. HEAVEN TOURS, INC. shall not be responsible for the failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and delay, loss of luggage or personal belongings (Medicine). It is the responsibility of the airline to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedure and shall not be the responsibility of HEAVEN TOURS, INC. and its affiliates. They will also not be responsible for any person (s) missing and part of the Program due to his negligence or delay or absenteeism for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no charges or upgrades in the Program chosen will be the honored after departure as well as no refund will be given for any services rendered not utilized.
