Day 1: 22-Nov – Friday (Washington/Istanbul)
05:30 PM Meet at Washington Dc IAD Airport international Terminal at Turkish Airlines Check in Counters to check in with the group. (Flight Number TK008).
07:30 PM Gather at the gate
09:40 PM Departure to Istanbul (Please note that some gates take about 40 Minutes to reach), also give enough time to the security checks.
For wheel chair and special assistance passengers they have to consider more times for the check in and security process. (Special assistance passengers must inform us with their needs and requests at the time of reservations).
Day 2: 23-Nov – Satureday (Istanbul)

Transfer to the hotel and Resting time

Revel in the moment. Upon your arrival you will find friendly representative awaiting to chauffer you to your hotel. Freshen up and hit the town or relax and recoup from your travels…you are after all…on vacation. There are no formally planned excursions on arrival day, so feel free to explore and wander the streets of Istanbul… the city of two continents

Day 3: 24 NOV 2024 – Sunday (Istanbul)
Gathering at the lobby 8:30 am Pick up time from Hotel: 9:00 am
A full day historical tour with our knowledgeable, experienced and professional local guide Starting from East Roman, we will continue to Byzantium, Ottoman and today’s Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Visiting Sights:
Hippodrome: The scene of ancient chariot races, the ancient Hippodrome, with its four monuments; the German Fountain of Wilhelm II, the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine.
Hagia Sophia: This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great, in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time.
Blue Mosque: Across from St. Sophia built in the 17th century by the architect Mehmet, this is known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Topkapi Palace: The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries, housing an exquisite collection of precious gems,
jewelry thrones of sultans, robes worn by the sultans and their families; miniatures, the Holy Mantle; Chamber of Sacred Relics. And at 17:00 pm – At the end of the day tour, return to your hotel.
Day 4: 25 NOV 2024 – Monday (Istanbul-Al Madinah)

Grand Covered Bazaar: In this labyrinth of streets and passages are more than 4,000 shops with each trade having its own area; the goldsmiths’ street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as hand painted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brassware and trays, water ewers, onyx is and meerschaum pipers. (Grand Bazaar closed on Sunday)

Day 5: 26 NOV 2024 – Tuesday (Al Madinah)
00:30 AM Just after midnight arrive to AL Madinah and transfer to the hotel
4::30 AM Catch the Fajr Prayer at Al Masjid Al Nabawi
6:30 Breakfast (Extended till 10:30AM)
Enjoy the prayers at Al Masjid Al Nabawi.
Will try to book prayer in Al Rawdah Al Al Sharifah based on availability (Will be announced)
9:30 PM After Isha Prayer a night’s tour to special sites of Al Madinah AL Monawarah.
Outstanding experience is waiting for you.
Additional night tour in Madinah for historical sites in Uhud – Saidna Salman Al Farsi Farm- Thaniayt Al Wedaa – Masjid Al Jumaa – Masjid AL Osbah , Masjid AL Ghamam , Arees Well of water, Ghars Well of Water, PARTS OF Uhud mountain guided with a the knowledgeable guides and which some are from the offsprings of the prophet companions (AS). Avery special rare tour to see places that are famous in our history but only little number of visitors can do such a tour.
Based on the time we may add Uhud – Qibaa Masjid – Trench battle site and seven mosques – Zi Al Qiblatain Masjid ). Subject to local rules.
Day 6: 27 NOV 2024 – Wednesday (Al Madinah)
Optional Tour to Khaibar based on the availabity of the sight and the road and weather condition
Enjoy the rest of prayers at Al Masjid Al Nabawi.
Day 7: 28 Nov 2024 – Thursday (Al Madina/Makkah)

08:30 AM Luggage Collection: Prepare your luggage before to be collected for a smother preparation to go to Makkah.
09:00 AM Gathering with the group leader and Imam and refresh your information about the program.
11:00 AM Perofrm your Ihram
11:30 AM Check out and go for Zohr Prayer.
01:00 PM Bus leaves to Makkah AL Mukkarramah
Buses will be ready at the time agreed to enjoy our trip to Makkah Al Mukkarramah.
On the bus you will have our lunch bag with plenty of snacks, fruits, fresh vegetables, water and juices etc.
01:30 PM will stop at the Miqat (Abyar Ali) to make the intention.
Based on the group condition and timing and the group leader opinion we may be using the AL HIJRAH road also known as the OLD ROAD OF MADINAH (PROPHETS ROAD) on this road we will get the chance to visit very important places like Al Rawhaa well of water and our Imam(s) will explain the places and most important stop will be at Badr city to visit the Badr cemetery of the 14 companions there and see the surrounding sight.
07:00 to 8:30 PM estimated approximate arrival to Makkah Al Mukkaramah and check into the hotel.
Your luggage will be delivered to your room.
10:00PM to 11:00 PM start Perform the arrival Umrah
Back to hotel and overnight.
Day 8: 29 NOV 2024 – Friday (Makkah)

Enjoy the rest of prayers at Al Masjid Al Haram.
Day 9: 30 NOV 2024 – Saturday (Makkah)
Breakfast after Fajr Prayer.
8:30 AM Bus will take you with the group leader Imam and guides to do Mazarat ( Zyarat ) ( Sightseeing ) to Islamic historical places in Makkah Al Mukkaramah including ( Jabal Al Nur wher Hiraa cave is located ( Ghar Hiraa ) Please , Jabal Thawr wher Ghar Thawr is located that the prophet (AS) and his companion Abu Bakr Al Seddiq stayed at the start of the migration ( Hijrah ) to Al Madinah Al Munawarah.– Al Maalaa – Arafat – montain of mercy ( Jabal Al Rahma ). Also we will pass by Mina and Musdalifa inshaAllah based on the consumed time of the tour.
Subject to local rules.
This day also you can perform another Umrah based on your choice. If you decide to perform another Umrah then perform your Ihram at the hotel and we will cross the legal Islamic boundary of Makkah during the tour so you can make your intention ( Niah ) and perform the Umrah later after our return to the hotel.
Day 10: 1 DEC 2024 – Sunday (Makkah)

Requirements
- Deposit as described to guarantee your reservation and protect your space.
- Right now there is no vaccine required but passenger must provide and comply with any requirements might be needed in the future by the authorities Age
- A valid USA passport for at least 6 months from the return date. OR for Non USA we require proof of residency ( Extra documents might be required ). Along with 2 passport-size photos.
- Age range ( Any ) unless described. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a Muhrem. Please check with us for updates., a proof of relationship is required for under 18 years old traveling with Muhrem.
- Passengers with Non-USA passport may be required to submit the green card to the Saudi consulate for verification or might obtain a recent notarized copy.

- Communication with us and follow up to our emails, website and social media for the updates. Make sure that you provide us with your email(s) and phone numbers etc.
- Attending our meetings before the trip or at least our phone conference meeting if you live far from Los Angeles ( We recommend both ) .
- Please have your medications on your carry on with the proper prescriptions.
- In case of any airline sudden schedule changes or flight cancelation passenger will have the right for full refund and Heaven Tours will cover all the penalties with the airlines and hotels related to the Umrah program. Passenger pays all penalties in case he/she cancels from his/her side.
- Passengers are required to fill completely the proper forms of visa applications and provide recent personal photo.
- Visitors should not overstay their visas.
- Visitors must abide by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Islamic laws and regulations, respecting social values and traditions at all times.
- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws on drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe penalties.

Tours and Travel, Inc. and other suppliers of ground transportation, accommodations, meals or other services shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, death, loss, injury or accident to persons and property in connection with above services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond their control, included but no limited to defects and breakdown or substitution of equipment, strikes, theft, acts of government or other authorities, war, terrorism, riots, fire or as a result of natural disasters.
Heaven Tours, Inc. and affiliates will not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience and damages due to failure in following instructions, including baggage handling, check in and out at airports, missing any part of the package, missing persons due to their negligence or delay at any time during Hajj tour, or due to improper visas, documents and passports .
The Responsibility of HEAVEN TOURS, INC. acts as agents and protector for the passengers’ rights in making arrangements for the land packages, hotels, buses, or any service in connection with the tour and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, luggage, accidents, delay irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, though the acts of GOD, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots ,theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedure and shall not be the responsibility of HEAVEN TOURS, INC. and its affiliates. They will also not be responsible for any person (s) missing and part of the Program due to his negligence or delay or absenteeism for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no charges or upgrades in the Program chosen will be the honored after departure as well as no refund will be given for any services rendered not utilized.
