Umrah Group Itinerary – Los Angeles to Madinah & Makkah

August 2026

Organized Departure: 3 August 2026 ( Tentative )

Day 1 – Monday, 3 August 2026

  • 4:30 PM: Group meeting & check-in at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) International Terminal – Saudia Airlines counters (Flight SV42)
  • 7:15 PM: Gather at the assigned gate (Please allow 30–40 minutes walking time to some gates + security checks)
  • 8:40 PM: Departure from LAX to Jeddah (King Abdulaziz International Airport – JED)

Day 2 – Tuesday, 4 August 2026

  • ≈10:00 PM local time: Arrival at Jeddah Airport Immigration, customs & luggage collection
  • ≈11:15 PM: Transfer to domestic terminal (short walk/shuttle within airport)
  • Late-night domestic flight to Madinah (Saudia – e.g. SV1420 or similar)
  • ≈2:00–3:00 AM: Arrival at Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport (MED), Madinah Quick luggage collection → ≈30–45 min drive to hotel
  • Late hotel check-in (≈3:00–4:00 AM) & rest

Day 3 – Wednesday, 5 August 2026

  • Early morning: Rest after late arrival
  • ≈4:30 AM: Fajr prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi
  • 6:30 AM: Breakfast (served / extended until ≈10:30 AM)
  • Full day: Prayers & ziyarah at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi
  • Attempt to arrange visit to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah (subject to availability & permit – will be announced by group leader)

Day 4 – Thursday, 6 August 2026

  • Full day: Prayers & personal time at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi
  • After Isha prayer (≈8:30–9:00 PM): Night historical tour of Madinah (Uhud, Salman Farm, Thaniyyat al-Wada’, Masjid al-Jumu’ah, Masjid Dhul-Qiblatayn, etc.)

Day 5 – Friday, 7 August 2026

  • Fajr prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi
  • Breakfast + brief meeting with group leader
  • 8:00 AM: Meet in hotel lobby – Morning tour in Madinah (Mount Uhud, Masjid Quba, Battle of the Trench site & Seven Mosques, Masjid Dhul-Qiblatayn) Subject to local rules & permits
  • Afternoon / evening: Free for prayers at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi
  • 4:30 PM: Group meeting with leader & Imam to review upcoming program
  • Prepare luggage for transfer to Makkah
  • ≈11:30 PM: Luggage collection

Day 6 – Saturday, 8 August 2026

  • Fajr prayer
  • 6:30 – 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 8:15 AM: Put on Ihram (if not already)
  • 9:00 – 9:45 AM: Hotel check-out
  • 10:00 AM: Buses depart for Makkah al-Mukarramah → Lunch/snack bags provided on bus (fruits, snacks, water, juices, etc.)
  • ≈10:30 – 10:45 AM: Stop at Miqat Dhul-Hulaifah (Abyar Ali) – make niyyah for Umrah
  • Travel via Al-Hijrah Road (Old Prophets’ Road) with stops & explanations: Al-Rawha well + major visit to Badr (martyrs’ cemetery & battlefield area)
  • ≈4:30 PM: Approximate arrival in Makkah – hotel check-in Luggage delivered to rooms
  • ≈10:00 PM: Perform Arrival Umrah (Tawaf + Sa’i)
  • Return to hotel & overnight rest

Day 7 – Sunday, 9 August 2026

  • Breakfast after Fajr
  • Full day: Prayers & personal worship at Al-Masjid al-Haram

Day 8 – Monday, 10 August 2026

  • Breakfast
  • 8:30 AM: Guided ziyarah tour in Makkah area (Jabal al-Nour / Cave Hira, Jabal Thawr, Al-Ma’la cemetery, Arafat, Jabal al-Rahma) Subject to local rules & permits
  • Afternoon / evening: Free time or optional second Umrah (personal choice)
  • ≈8:30 PM: Optional Taif city tour (Masjid al-Abbas, Addas Farm, Rose Factory, light lunch)
  • Return to Makkah – possible stop at Miqat for another Umrah if desired
  • ≈9:30 PM: Optional Umrah (personal preference & availability)
  • Prepare luggage for final departure

Day 9 – Tuesday, 11 August 2026

  • Fajr prayer
  • Breakfast
  • 10:00 PM: Final luggage collection (for very early next-day transfer)

Day 10 – Wednesday, 12 August 2026

  • 2:00 AM: Gather in hotel lobby
  • 3:00 AM: Depart hotel for Jeddah Airport Breakfast boxes provided on the bus
  • ≈4:15 – 4:50 AM: Arrive Jeddah Airport
  • 5:00 AM: Check-in – Saudia flight SV41
  • 7:00 – 7:30 AM: Gather at gate
  • 8:45 AM (Jeddah time): Departure to Los Angeles
  • ≈3:00 PM (Los Angeles time): Arrival at LAX – Tom Bradley International Terminal

  • Domestic flight timings may be adjusted by the company for comfort (possible change of Madinah–Jeddah flight or one-night stay in Jeddah before return).
  • All ziyarah tours, Rawdah entry, and special visits are subject to Saudi authorities’ rules and availability at the time.
  • Approximate prayer times (early August 2026): Fajr ≈4:00–4:40 AM, Isha ≈8:00–8:30 PM.

  • Umrah will be planned initially to perform one Umrah during the trip, however we will do our best to schedule a second Umrah but it will be subject to the Haram capacity and availability.

  • Travel from other cities other than our departure and return cities. As described.

Requirements and More Info

Requirements

  • Deposit as described to guarantee your reservation and protect your space.
  • Right now there is no vaccine required but passenger must provide and comply with any requirements might be needed in the future by the authorities Age
  • A valid USA passport for at least 6 months from the return date. OR for Non USA we require proof of residency ( Extra documents might be required ). Along with 2 passport-size photos.
  • Age range ( Any ) unless described. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a Muhrem. Please check with us for updates., a proof of relationship is required for under 18 years old traveling with Muhrem.
  • Passengers with Non-USA passport may be required to submit the green card to the Saudi consulate for verification or might obtain a recent notarized copy.

Recommendations & Other information

  • Communication with us and follow up to our emails, website and social media for the updates. Make sure that you provide us with your email(s) and phone numbers etc.
  • Attending our meetings before the trip or at least our phone conference meeting if you live far from Los Angeles ( We recommend both ) .
  • Please have your medications on your carry on with the proper prescriptions.
  • In case of any airline sudden schedule changes or flight cancelation passenger will have the right for full refund and Heaven Tours will cover all the penalties with the airlines and hotels related to the Umrah program. Passenger pays all penalties in case he/she cancels from his/her side.
  • Passengers are required to fill completely the proper forms of visa applications and provide recent personal photo.
  • Visitors should not overstay their visas.
  • Visitors must abide by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Islamic laws and regulations, respecting social values and traditions at all times.
  • The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws on drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe penalties.
  • All the rules are subject to change according to the authorities, Heaven Tours, Inc. preserves the rights to decide for any change or cancelation based on our personal point of views or decisions based on any developments or any other circumstances.

Heaven Tours, Inc.  Tours and Travel, Inc. and other suppliers of ground transportation, accommodations, meals or other services shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, death, loss, injury or accident to persons and property in connection with above services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond their control, included but no limited to defects and breakdown or substitution of equipment, strikes, theft, acts of government or other authorities, war, terrorism, riots, fire or as a result of natural disasters.

Heaven Tours, Inc.  and affiliates will not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience and damages due to failure in following instructions, including baggage handling, check in and out at airports, missing any part of the package, missing persons due to their negligence or delay at any time during Hajj tour, or due to improper visas, documents and passports .

The Responsibility of  HEAVEN TOURS, INC.  acts as agents and protector for the passengers’ rights in making arrangements for the land packages, hotels, buses, or any service in connection with the tour and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, luggage, accidents, delay irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, though the acts of GOD, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots ,theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents. HEAVEN TOURS, INC. will accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. HEAVEN TOURS, INC. shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such service. HEAVEN TOURS, INC. shall not be responsible for the failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and delay, loss of luggage or personal belongings (Medicine). It is the responsibility of the airline to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedure and shall not be the responsibility of HEAVEN TOURS, INC. and its affiliates. They will also not be responsible for any person (s) missing and part of the Program due to his negligence or delay or absenteeism for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no charges or upgrades in the Program chosen will be the honored after departure as well as no refund will be given for any services rendered not utilized.

INSURANCE: According to Heaven Tours, Inc.’s  terms & condition, we advise customers to consider Travel Insurance policies for all the trips for an additional fee.
