Please be careful as many agencies and individuals in the USA are promoting fake packages or ellegal packages. Also there are some who tries to convince you that Hajj is still sellable through travel agencies in the USA which is not as of the time we are writing this update.

Still we are trying to study the best way that we can provide our usual quality hajj packages for you, we will update the page if we feel confident that we can take you for Hajj under our umbrella.

Dear brothers and sisters,

The hardest part of anything is how to get started, throughout decades of serving the Hajjis and dealing with all kinds of situations and challenges this email is the heaviest ever on our hearts.

For the first time, Saudi Authorities have decided to provide Hajj packages directly via an online portal and they are not authorizing independent travel agents from the Americas, EU, and Australia. This portal is by the Motawifs and could be found online and on social media. So far you can register on that portal for your “interest in performing Hajj” and later they will do a draw to choose the elected Hajjies, then they will follow instructions for the next step(s).

This portal is a totally new procedure, especially in our market, we have no idea how it will work or how the packages are going to be designed or executed. Our mission was always to provide accurate information and provide the ultimate services and experience for our clients. As usual, we hope that every single brother and sister will get the chance to perform the Hajj. We have no recommendation in that regard “neither negative nor positive” as we do not have enough information about that procedure. If you chose to book on that portal It is now your duty to make sure of the package choice.

As we were struggling in the past few months with this hesitation your personal interest was always our first priority, we sensed the predictability to protect your money available at your position to guarantee you the maximum flexibility and freedom of choice to deal with any situation.    

We regret not being a part of organizing Hajj 2022 and ask Allah to facilitate everyone to get a good chance to perform a good acceptable Hajj in peace and safety. We thank all of you for your interest in joining us, we are always here honored to be at your service.

Like everyone reading this email our hearts are in Makkah Al Mukkaramah and Al-Madinah Al Munawarah and we are returning back to it soon inshaAllah with our Umrah programs and even more side trips and tours. أصعب جزء في أي شيء هو كيفية البدء فيه ، على مدار عقود من خدمة الحجاج والتعامل مع جميع أنواع المواقف والتحديات ، فإن هذا البريد الإلكتروني هو الأثقل علي قلوبنا على الإطلاق.

للمرة الأولي تقرر السلطات السعودية تقديم برامج الحج مباشرة عبر بوابة إلكترونية ولا تصرح لوكلاء السفر المستقلين من الأمريكتين والاتحاد الأوروبي وأستراليا. هذه البوابة من قبل المطوّفين ويمكن العثور عليها عبر الإنترنت وعلى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. حتى الآن يمكنك التسجيل في هذه البوابة من أجل “رغبتك بأداء فريضة الحج” وبعد ذلك سيقومون بإجراء قرعة لاختيار الحجاج المختارين ، ثم سيتبعون التعليمات للخطوات التالية.

هذه الموقع الإلكتروني هو إجراء جديد تمامًا ، لا سيما في سوقنا ، وليس لدينا أي فكرة عن كيفية عملها أو كيف سيتم تصميم البرامج أو تنفيذها. كانت مهمتنا دائمًا تقديم معلومات دقيقة وتقديم أفضل الخدمات والخبرة لعملائنا. و كالعادة ، نأمل أن يحصل كل ألإخوة والأخوات على فرصة لأداء فريضة الحج. ليس لدينا أي توصية في هذا الصدد “لا سلبية ولا إيجابية” حيث ليس لدينا معلومات كافية حول هذا الإجراء. إذا اخترت الحجز على تلك البوابة ، فإنه واجبك الآن التأكد من اختيار البرنامج.

نظرًا لأننا كنا نكافح علي مدار الأشهر الماضية مع هذا الموقف المتذبذب ، إلا أن مصلحتك الشخصية دائمًا على رأس أولوياتنا ، فقد شعرنا بضرورة توخي الحذر لحماية مصالحكم و حافظنا علي مواردكم المادية المتاحة في جانبكم حتي  نضمن لك أقصى قدر من المرونة وحرية الاختيار للتعامل مع أي موقف.

نأسف لعدم مشاركتنا في تنظيم حج 2022 ونسأل الله التيسير للجميع في الحصول على فرصة جيدة لأداء فريضة الحج المبرور في سلام وأمان. نشكركم جميعًا على اهتمامكم بالانضمام إلينا ، فنحن دائمًا يشرفنا أن نكون في خدمتكم.

Saudara dan Saudari yang terhormat.

Bagian yang tersulit adalah bagaimana memulai nya ,

selama beberapa dekade melayani haji dan menghadapi segala macam situasi dan tantangan , email ini adalah yang terberat yang pernah ada di hati kami. Untuk pertama kalinya, Pemerintah Saudi telah memutuskan untuk menyediakan haji paket langsung melalui portal online dan mereka tidak mengizinkan agen perjalanan independen dari Amerika, Uni Eropa, dan Australia untuk ikut melayani jamaah Haji tahun 2022.

Portal  haji ini dijalankan  oleh Motawif dan dapat ditemukan online dan di media sosial. Sejauh ini Anda dapat mendaftar di portal ini untuk  program Haji dan  akan dilakukan undian untuk memilih jamaah haji , yang kemudian harus mengikuti instruksi untuk langkah berikutnya. 

Portal ini adalah prosedur yang sama sekali baru, terutama untuk kami, dan kami tidak tahu bagaimana cara kerjanya atau bagaimana nanti paketnya  dirancang dan di laksanakan. 

Selama ini misi kami adalah untuk selalu memberikan  informasi yang akurat dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk customer kami . Kami berharap anda  semua akan mendapatkan kesempatan untuk menunaikan ibadah haji. 

Tetapi Kami tidak memiliki rekomendasi dalam hal ini, karena kami tidak memiliki informasi yang cukup tentang prosedur nya. Jika Anda memilih untuk mendaftar di portal itu Sekarang , maka   tugas Anda untuk memastikan pilihan paketnya . 

 Kami telah berusaha pada beberapa bulan terakhir dalam ke tidak pastian , dan kepentingan Anda  selalu menjadi prioritas utama kami .

 Kami ingin melindungi  Anda  dan menjamin kebebasan Anda  untuk memilih . 

Kami menyesal tidak menjadi bagian dari penyelenggaraan haji 2022 dan memohon kepada Allah agar  memfasilitasi setiap orang untuk mendapatkan kesempatan  melakukan yang baik dan dapat menjalankan ibadah Haji dengan aman dan tentram.
