Daily Schedule

 

Day 1:

16-Dec- Sat

4:00PM Meet at Los Angeles Airport international Terminal at Saudia Airlines Counters to check in with the group. (Flight Number SV42).

7:00PM Gather at the gate (Please note that some gates take about 40 Minutes to reach), also give enough time to the security checks.

8:00 PM Departure to Jeddah

Day 2:

17-Dec- Sun

10:00 PM Local time Jeddah Arrival to Jeddah, Immigration process and luggage transfer.

11:15 PM The group will be heading to the domestic terminal to take a flight to Al Madinah. Flight SV1420

Hotel is booked and we will have a late arrival at 4:30 AM check into the hotel at Madinah

Day 3:

18-Dec- Mon

Flight Leaves to Madinah at 2:15 AM and arrives at 3:20AM. Process will be fast, only luggage collection. Drive to the hotel shall take about 30 Minuets.

Check into the Hotel and

5:30 AM Catch the Fajr Prayer t Al Masjid Al Nabawi

6:30 Breakfast ( Extended till 10:30AM )

Enjoy the prayers at Al Masjid Al Nabawi.

Will try to book prayer in Al Rawdah Al Al Sharifah based on availability ( Will be announced

Day 4:

19-Dec- Tue

Fajr Paryer

Breakfast, brief meeting with the group leader.

8:00 AM Meeting at the lobby Al Madinah Al Munawarah Hotel. – Morning – Tour in Madinah ( Uhud – Qibaa Masjid – Trench battle site and seven mosques – Zi Al Qiblatain Masjid ). Subject to local rules.

4:30 PM Gathering with the group leader and Imam and refresh your information about the program.

Prepare your luggage to be collected for a smother preparation to go to Makkah in the following morning.

8:00 PM After Isha Prayer a nights tour to special sites of Al Madinah AL Monawarah. – Additional night tour in Madinah for historical sites in Uhud – Salman Farm- Thaniayt Al Wedaa – Masjid Al Jumaa – Masjid AL Osbah …etc.

11:30PM Collection of the luggage to prepare for Makkah next morning

Day 5:

20-Dec- Wed

Fajr Prayer

6:30AM to 8:00AM Breakfast

8:15 Put on your Ihram  9:00 AM to 9:45 AM Check out

10:00 AM Buses will be ready at the time agreed to enjoy our trip to Makkah Al Mukkarramah.

On the bus you will have our lunch bag with plenty of snacks, fruits, fresh vegetables, water and juices etc.

10:30 to 10:45 AM will stop at the Miqat ( Abyar Ali ) to make the intention.

11:15 Back to the bus. Will be using the AL HIJRAH road also known as the OLD ROAD OF MADINAH (PROPHETS ROAD) on this road we will get the chance to visit very important places like Al Rawhaa well of water and our Imam(s) will explain the places and most important stop will be at Badr city to visit the Badr cemetery of  companions there and see the surrounding sight.

4:30 Pm approximate arrival to Makkah Al Mukkaramah and check into the hotel.

Your luggage will be delivered to your room.

10:00PM Perform the arrival Umrah

Back to hotel and overnight.

Day 6:

21-Dec- Thu

Breakfast

8:30 AM Bus will take you with the group leader Imam and guides to do Mazarat ( Zyarat ) ( Sightseeing ) to historical places in Makkah Al Mukkaramah including ( Jabal Al Nur – Jabal Thawr – Al Maalaa – Arafat – Jabal Al Rahma ). Subject to local rules.

This day also you can perform another Umrah based on your choice.

10:00 PM Get Luggage ready to collect for final departure.

8:30 Gathering to go to Al Taief City Tour

Masjid Al Abbas

Addas Farm

Rose Factory

Light Lunch

On the way back you can stop at the Miqat if you want to perform another Umrah

Performing a second Umrah is based on personal preferences and availability.

Return to Makkah

9:30 PM Optional Umrah

2:00 Gather at the lobby

3:00 AM Leave the hotel to Jeddah Airport  Breakfast box will be provided on the bus.

4:15 to 4:50 Arrival to Jeddah Airport ,

5:00 Check in for flight Sadia Flight number SV41

7:00 AM to 7:30 AM Gather at the gate.

8:45 AM ( Jeddah local time ) Departure Jeddah

3:05 PM ( Los Angeles time ) arrival to Tom Bradly Terminal

• Umrah will be planned initially to perform one Umrah during the trip, however we will do our best to schedule a second Umrah but it will be subject to the Haram capacity and availability.

• *In case of any quarantine due to COVID all expenses are not included for any days
• Travel from other cities other than our departure and return cities. As described.
• Any extra taxes might be enforced by the Saudi government other than described above.
• Tipping, personal expense.

Requirements

• Deposit as described to guarantee your reservation and protect your space.
• Right now there is no vaccine required but passenger must provide and comply with any requirements might be needed in the future by the authorities Age
• A valid USA passport for at least 6 months from the return date. OR for Non USA we require proof of residency ( Extra documents might be required ). Along with 2 passport-size photos.
• Age range ( Any ) unless described. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a Muhrem. Please check with us for updates., a proof of relationship is required for under 18 years old traveling with Muhrem.
• Passengers with Non-USA passport may be required to submit the green card to the Saudi consulate for verification or might obtain a recent notarized copy.
